Sr Specialist - Project Management

Senior Project Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team, reporting to the Director Delivery Manager . In this role, you’ll help shape how we deliver complex, high-impact technology projects that support our business and clients globally.

You’ll fit right in if you’re organized, collaborative, and solutions-driven , love working across teams and time zones, and get energy from tackling challenges that make an impact on a global scale.

What You’ll Do

• •Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects, from initiation through completion.
• •Manage project plans, budgets, risks, and timelines to ensure successful outcomes.
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to deliver results.
• •Drive alignment across stakeholders and build strong relationships to support project success.
• •Ensure projects meet business requirements, quality standards, and strategic objectives.

What You’ll Bring

• •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• •10+ years of experience managing complex IT projects in a matrixed environment.
• •Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver projects on time and within scope.
• •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in global environments.
• •Experience using project management tools and methodologies.

Nice to Have

• •Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent).
• •Postgraduate degree in a related field.
• •Experience with systems integration, architecture, or product development projects.

This position will be located in Bogotá, Colombia and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
