Job Description

• •Lead and manage the IT operations team
• •Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, and applications to ensure optimal performance and availability
• •Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and initiatives
• •Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify and address issues proactively
• •Provide technical guidance and support to team members on complex IT issues
• •Conduct regular assessments and audits of IT systems to ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
• •Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to recommend innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
