Staff Product Manager, Transactions & Trust

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Product Manager, Transactions & Trust based in the United States.

• The Staff Product Manager, Transactions & Trust will own the end-to-end financial journey of a two-sided marketplace, from checkout through settlement.
• You’ll shape strategy across payments, payouts, fees, insurance, credits, changes, disputes, and reputation systems.
• The role combines product strategy, systems thinking, customer discovery, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional influence.
• You’ll make high-impact decisions where guest protection, operator fairness, transparency, conversion, and sustainable revenue must be balanced carefully.
• Working across Product, Finance, Operations, Support, and external partners, you’ll influence roadmaps without relying on formal authority.
• The environment emphasizes rapid experimentation, measurable outcomes, continuous discovery, and shipping focused improvements rather than lengthy release cycles.
• You’ll also help strengthen the broader product practice through mentorship, hiring input, and improvements to how product teams work.
