  • engagierte stellvertretende Einrichtungsleitung (m/w/d) in Vollzeit
  • (39 Stunden/Woche). Ihre Aufgaben: - Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung
  • der Gesamtkonzeption inklusive pädagogischer Arbeit. - Führung,
  • Entwicklung und Anleitung des Teams aus Fach- und Assistenzkräften
  • (m/w/d). - Erstellung von Dienst- und Urlaubsplänen sowie Mitarbeit
  • an der Haushaltsplanung. - Unterstützung im Tagesgeschehen und Pflege
  • von Institutionenkontakten. - Durchführung allgemeiner
  • Verwaltungstätigkeiten. Ihr Profil: - Anerkannter Abschluss als
  • Erzieher, Kindheitspädagoge, Sozialarbeiter, Heilpädagoge (m/w/d)
  • oder vergleichbare Qualifikation nach § 9 (2) NKiTaG, mit
  • mehrjähriger Erfahrung. - Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern, EDV- und
  • MS-Office-Kenntnisse. - Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Flexibilität und eine
  • wertschätzende Führungspersönlichkeit. Unsere Leistungen: - 13.
  • Monatsgehalt, 30 Tage Urlaub (5-Tage-Woche). - Betriebliche
