Strategy & Insights Associate (Comms)

Role/Team overview

We have an exciting change plan to improve products and propositions, systems and services and we need your help to make it happen.

What you’ll do:

Support the S&I team with the pulling and maintenance of reporting metrics across multiple data sources to maintain regular reporting requirements

Own the monthly pro-active listening dashboard, sharing mention volumes and key themes/topics with the wider C&E team on a monthly basis

Support the Insights Manager and Insights Lead with ad hoc requests and analysis

Support the Strategy Lead with maintaining the Channel Architecture & Channel Strategies, using data to empower decision making

Work with the Strategy Lead to keep a finger on the pulse of industry, platform and internal research updates that will inform or impact business recommendations

Inclusion in the crisis listening rota to respond and provide intelligence back to the business for time-sensitive matters

What you'll bring

Essential Criteria:

Data literate, with strong analytical skills and understanding of basic measurement methodologies

Proven experience managing and analysing large sets of data and metrics to inform decision making

Desirable Criteria:

Curious with a passion for deriving insights from data

Self-starter and driven with excellent communication skills

Ability to work cross functionally and independently as needed

Basic knowledge or previous experience of data and listening tools including (but not limited to) Sprinklr, WeArisma and Meltwater

Understanding of digital platforms, content formats, and audience behaviours across multiple touchpoints including internal and external platforms and social
