Learn How Culture Gets Built.

Culture doesn't move on its own. Someone sees the opportunity first. Someone structures the deal. Someone builds the partnership, protects the relationship, and turns an idea into value - for a client, for a brand, for an audience, for the business. UTA’s Internship Program gives students an inside look at how a global talent and entertainment company operates, while providing hands-on experience across the teams and functions that bring opportunities to life.

This is an opportunity to learn by doing. You will gain hands-on experience across various departments, absorb insights from industry professionals, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to work that makes an impact. Along the way, you will be supported by our experienced team, grow your skills, and gain a clearer understanding of the career you want to build.

If you are a current college junior who is passionate about the entertainment industry, eager to learn, and ready to contribute your unique perspective, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

Learn How the Business Works: Through structured classes and real-world assignments, gain insights into the fundamentals of the talent agency business, from client representation to project management.

Contribute Meaningful Work: Collaborate across departments, contribute to projects that support clients and business objectives, and conduct research that informs decision-making. Whether you’re analyzing industry trends, supporting day-to-day operations, or sharing a fresh perspective, your contributions will have a real impact on our company.

Build Professional Skills: Strengthen your communication, organization, judgment, adaptability, and ability to manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Develop a Network: Build lasting relationships with peers and mentors. You’ll work alongside industry leaders and other interns who share your passion, all while building a network that can serve as a foundation for your future career.

What We’re Looking For:

Passion for the Entertainment Industry: You’re curious and eager to learn about the various facets of entertainment.

Perspective and Initiative: You notice what is happening in entertainment, culture, business, technology, or audience behavior and are willing to share a thoughtful point of view.

Strong Interpersonal Skills: You’re personable, service-minded, and can collaborate effectively with others.

Clear Communication: You’re able to articulate ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.

Adaptability: You thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to learn and grow.

Attention to Detail: You’re organized, accurate, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.

What You Need to Know:

Eligibility: Applications are open to current juniors across all declared majors and degree programs.

Start Dates: Two start dates will be available to accommodate varying academic calendars.

Competitive Pay: This internship offers compensation of $18.50 per hour.

Location: This program is based in Los Angeles and New York.

Application Deadline: Please submit applications by October 22, 2026.
