Supervisor(a) de Gerador

• This role is responsible for supervising generator assembly and installation activities across hydroelectric power projects.
• You will provide technical and operational leadership in the field, ensuring activities meet project schedules, contractual requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations.
• The position combines field supervision with workforce planning, contractor oversight, technical documentation, and coordination with engineering teams.
• You will work closely with site and construction management to sequence activities and ensure the availability of people, tools, and resources.
• The role also involves identifying non-conformities, coordinating technical solutions, and maintaining accurate project documentation.
• You will support customer teams through technical training and ongoing assistance while contributing lessons learned to improve future project execution.
• This is a remote-based, full-time opportunity requiring frequent travel to project locations in Brazil and internationally.
