• Role Summary
• Oversee and coordinate daily production line operations, ensuring schedules are met, issues are resolved, and safety, quality, and productivity standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• •Lead and support production teams to achieve operational goals and maintain a safe work environment.
• •Monitor production performance, inventory, and equipment issues; prepare reports and recommend improvements.
• •Ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• •Coordinate daily schedules, assign tasks, and facilitate communication across teams.
• •Train new employees, support performance development, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• •Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.

Qualifications

• •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• •Experience in manufacturing, production supervision, or operations leadership.
• •Strong skills in team leadership, problem-solving, planning, and organization.
• •Knowledge of manufacturing operations, safety standards, quality systems, and continuous improvement practices.
• •Ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
