SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Summary

You will serve as a Supervisory Management Analyst of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR PEARL HARBOR.

Duties

• •You will lead the overall analysis, planning, programming, formulation, justification, execution, control, administration of all phases of the command financial business plan.
• •You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust short-term priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work.
• •You will direct the development, implementation, and accountability for programs at the command level in compliance with NAVSUP- wide programs.
• •You will implement the best course of action to support each phase of the life cycle of the proposes projects/programs.
• •You will evaluate the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of interrelated supply and logistics support operations.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applicants must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the federal service that demonstrates experience directing command-wide financial accountability and budget operations, including the development, justification, and execution of annual budgets, issuance of funding documents, and management of financial control limits and unfunded requests. Applicants should demonstrate experience in implementing and managing headquarters-level programs including Workforce Management Function (WFM) programs, Civilian Payroll, Time/Organization/Personnel Management, and ERP User Management, Strategic Sourcing, Government Commercial Purchase/Travel Cards (GCPC/GTCC), and the Defense Travel System (DTS). Additionally, applicants must have experience ininitiating business case analyses to negotiate terms, and establish or terminate strategic partnerships and support agreements for Products and Services (P&S) with joint-military, government, and non-government activities.
