SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER

Summary

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER in the FACILITIES AND INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST.

Duties

• •You will develop and implement management policies, controls, and operating procedures for overall planning, direction, and timely execution of the facilities programs.
• •You will make the general business and technical management decisions for successful execution of the assigned programs.
• •You will manage daily operations and provide technical management of the facilities management systems and production support efforts.
• •You will establish and monitor facilities metrics and reviews for performance adequacy.
• •You will be responsible for development of facilities investment strategies, tactical execution and long-range strategic planning taking into consideration changing priorities of work and resources.
• •You will provide direction to personnel directly assigned or detailed to support the program and be responsible for management of all logistic elements necessary to manage the facilities programs.
• •You will serve as the deciding authority on technical and personnel issues presented by subordinate supervisors or team leaders.
• •You will develop the division’s fiscal year budget and execute program-funding requirements.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Displaying knowledge of industrial manufacturing, planning, programming, budgeting regulations, facilities planning, and acquisition; and 2) Possessing technical knowledge of depot level industrial processes, maintenance concepts, operational plans and their impact on logistics and maintenance programs and making final decisions on problems/concerns.
