SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER

Summary

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER in the MARINE CORPS INSTALLATIONS COMMAND, FOOD SERVICES AND SUBSISTENCE of MARCORPS NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION.

Duties

• •You will serve as the Expert Program Manager for all Marine Corps’ Garrison Food Service contracts.
• •You will assess future requirements in Mess Halls worldwide and makes strategic recommendations for changes in structure, budgetary requirements, and processes.
• •You will supervise, plan, schedule, assign, and direct the work.
• •You will oversee the overall planning, direction, and timely execution of all Garrison Food Service contracts.
• •You will conduct administrative activities including budget, management analysis, and personnel management.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing and analyzing large-scale food service contracts or programs, including acquisition requirements development, acquisition planning, contract execution, and/or contractor performance oversight, managing multimillion-dollar budgets.
