SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST

Summary

You will serve as a Supply Systems Analyst of CNSSC FLD DET MECH PA.

Duties

• •You will serve as a supply chain analyst for Navy supply chain management process, responsible for research and statistical analysis.
• •You will work to provide governance and advocacy over the material control and warehouse management functional business processes.
• •You will support warehouse management processes for Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), acting as a liaison and trouble shooter for ERP sustainment including developing and monitoring overall supply chain strategy.
• •You will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing long-range, intermediate and short-term supply chain management goals in support of designated business process.
• •You will develop and maintain Department of Defense and Navy Supply chain policy and coordinate NAVSUP efforts to apply it.
• •You will coordinate across the NAVSUP enterprise to manage project timelines, gather feedback and communicate enterprise guidance.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying an extensive knowledge of Supply Chain Management functions and business processes within Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of supply chain programs initiatives is also required. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Develop strategies and procedures to improve Navy ERP supply chain systems; 2) Recommend changes in policies and procedures to support Navy ERP supply chain processes; 3) Ability to lead others, gather program requirements, and recommend system changes; 4) Ability to analyze, review, and evaluate supply management programs; 5) Develop reports, metrics, and other data deliverables while utilizing database tools such as MS Access and SAS to drive program recommendations and improvements; 6) Ability to provide clear and concise information via oral and written communication to various stakeholders including team members, customers and leadership.
