Support Worker or Senior Support Worker

• Our clients are currently working with a range of charities and private organisations to find individuals such as yourself to work within Children's Residential, Domiciliary, Neuro and a range of other specialism as a Support or Senior Support Worker.

What will your responsibilities be?

Support individuals with complex needs in a person-centred, engaging way

Assist the Team Leader with staff supervision and development

Manage service rotas and contribute to support package planning and delivery

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations

Participate in shared on-call rota and work evenings/weekends as needed

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have,

Diploma or NVQ Level 1/2/3 desirable and essential for some roles

Care Driver

Significant experience supporting people with complex needs

Strong organisational and communication skills

A positive, team-oriented attitude
