Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Engineer and support Windows 10/11 desktop environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance.
  • Lead the deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of Windows devices through Microsoft Intune.
  • Manage and optimize Windows 365 Cloud PCs to ensure seamless user experience and enterprise integration.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance PowerShell scripts to automate desktop management and operational tasks.
  • Implement and support modern device management and Zero Trust security initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide Level 3 technical support for complex Windows, endpoint, and virtualization-related issues.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
  • Create and maintain engineering documentation, including standards, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies and best practices to improve desktop and virtual workplace services.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in Windows desktop engineering, endpoint management, and large-scale virtual desktop environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Windows 10/11 administration, engineering, and enterprise deployment strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and Group Policy administration.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation, configuration, and operational efficiency.
  • Experience managing Windows 365 Cloud PCs, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Windows Autopilot, and BitLocker.
  • Working knowledge of Citrix Cloud, Citrix Studio, Machine Creation Services (MCS), Citrix ADC, and virtual desktop environments.
  • Solid understanding of networking, identity and access management, and endpoint security best practices.
  • Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified Endpoint Administrator Associate and Microsoft Certified Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Intune, Windows 365, and modern endpoint management, with experience supporting enterprise-scale desktop environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Citrix technologies and Windows virtualization, including deployment, administration, and troubleshooting.
  • Advanced PowerShell automation skills combined with a solid understanding of Zero Trust, endpoint security, and compliance best practices.
