Supply Chain Management’s Center of Excellence has a great opportunity for a Systems Analyst to support our strategy on category data analysis and process innovation. As a creative problem solver that will lead procurement and BI tool initiatives, the Systems Analyst collaborates cross-functionally to help plan and implement initiatives that drive process improvement.
Key responsibilities include participating in the analysis of business processes, application requirements, development of detailed project specifications, and the development and implementation of major business system tools. Works with Coupa application administration.
Systems Analyst - Supply Chain
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
BUSINESS APPLICATION & PRESENTATION
- Provides functional support for SCM purchase to pay systems; functional lead on SCM purchase to pay systems and processes (including Coupa, Oracle & BI tool)
- Leads innovation opportunities to optimize all systems related to purchase-to-pay activities and drives those initiatives in support of the entire SCM team
- Designs and monitors various Supply Chain tool configurations
- Exploration of robotics automation to enhance existing processes
- Manages the purchase-to-pay system upgrade processes for Supply Chain
- Coordinates with IT to provide support/identify training needs and make recommendations for functionality and business process improvements
- Updates and runs enhancements for BI and Reporting Tools
- Assists with SCM change management strategies and implementation plans
- Assists with internal and external benchmarking
- Coordinates Coupa training initiatives
- Defines business and systems requirements including documenting processes, business requirements and resulting technology needs
- Develops polished executive-level presentations and confidently delivers the information to internal business associates and external clients in a clear and concise fashion
- Assists in identifying best practices through a review of processes
- Establishes and maintains relationships with various departments

- Gathers appropriate resources to complete assigned projects on time and within budget
- Escalates obstacles/issues to meeting timelines and deliverables
- Reports project status according to prescribed timelines for a given project
MINIMUM Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT
Experience
- 4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
- 2+ years’ experience with Coupa Software or other e-procurement integration
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze data, leveraging information to provide clear, concise and supported recommendations for action.
- Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with other stakeholder groups.
- Capacity to work independently and simultaneously handle a variety of complex matters under deadline pressure.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SQL and Power BI.
- Strong written communication and verbal skills.
- Knowledge in operational business processes and systems
- Demonstrated knowledge of process improvement
- Understanding of databases, logic views, query tools, and standard file layouts for conversions and interfaces
- Knowledge of project management and change management methodologies and processes.
