• This role supports the systems, financial operations, and data infrastructure that keep a growing bookkeeping organization running efficiently.
• You’ll help maintain accurate and secure client data while supporting integrations, reporting, system administration, and operational workflows.
• The position combines financial operations knowledge with business systems support, troubleshooting, data coordination, and emerging AI and automation initiatives.
• You’ll work across multiple departments and collaborate directly with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
• The role offers broad exposure to cloud-based business applications, financial systems, CRM platforms, reporting tools, and workflow technologies.
