Electrical Engineering Intern – RF Communications

Location: Cubic Secure Comms

Cubic Secure Comms is seeking a motivated Systems Electrical Engineering Intern to support the development, testing, and sustainment of advanced RF communication systems. This internship provides hands-on experience with RF communications, laboratory testing, troubleshooting, and basic circuit and system design in a collaborative engineering environment.

Responsibilities:

• •Assist engineers with RF communications system testing, integration, and validation.
• •Perform laboratory measurements using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and other test equipment.
• •Support troubleshooting of RF, digital, and analog hardware issues.
• •Collect, document, and analyze test data and prepare technical reports.
• •Participate in basic electrical and RF circuit design activities.
• •Assist with prototype assembly, verification, and performance evaluations.
• •Follow engineering processes, documentation standards, and quality requirements.

Qualifications:

• •Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• •Basic understanding of RF communications, electronics, and circuit theory.
• •Familiarity with laboratory test equipment and data analysis tools is preferred.
• •Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• •Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• •Eagerness to learn and contribute to innovative secure communications solutions.

Cubic Pay Range:

$28.00 - $43.00 + benefits. ‎

The Cubic pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
