• Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Talent team. In this role, you will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. This internship offers hands-on exposure to hiring practices in a fast-paced tech environment and an opportunity to build strong foundations in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding.

• Key Responsibilities
• •Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms
• •Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
• •Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• •Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment trackers
• •Support in drafting and posting job descriptions across platforms
• •Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent engagement activities
• •Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• •Provide administrative support to the HR/TA team as required

• Eligibility Criteria
• •Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Engineering
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• •Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• •Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and basic recruitment tools
• •Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
• •Keen interest in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding

• Stipend & Duration
• •Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
• •Mode: Remote (Work from anywhere in India) - 7-8 hours per day
• •Duration: One week trial and then 3 to 6 months
