SUMMARY

The Talent Acquisition Manager, Hourly leads Towne’s hourly recruiter team, turning strategic workforce planning into action across every market we serve. This role coaches and develops a team of Hourly Recruiters, sets the standard for how we build local relationships and partner with hiring managers, and ensures every market has the pipeline it needs to grow. It’s a role built on clarity and confidence: measurable hiring outcomes, warm and genuine partnerships, and a forward-looking approach that keeps Towne’s talent pipeline strong. From coaching a recruiter through their first big search to advising senior leaders on workforce strategy, this role turns everyday recruiting into Towne’s next WOW moment.

Job Details

Compensation: Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The annual base pay range for this position is $128,000 - $130,000.

Additional Compensation: Employees may be eligible to receive annual incentive bonuses depending on their job classification and the policy guidelines.

Benefits: Employees are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and vision insurance, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and telemedicine benefits. Employees are provided company-paid basic life and AD&D insurance as well as short-term and long-term disability. Employees are also able to enroll in the company’s 401k retirement savings plan.

Paid Time Off: Employees accrue 0.0654 hours of PTO per hour worked up to a maximum of 136 hours per calendar year. Employees receive 6 paid holidays throughout the calendar year and employees accrue up to a maximum of 4 paid floating holidays per calendar year.

  • Team Leadership & Development (20% of time): Lead, coach and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, setting clear goals and providing ongoing feedback and professional growth opportunities.
  • Strategic Workforce Planning & Business Partnership (25% of time): Partner with senior hiring managers and regional or business leaders to translate long-range workforce needs into proactive recruitment strategy across assigned markets.
  • Recruitment Program Oversight (20% of time): Own end-to-end recruitment operations for assigned markets, ensuring specialists execute full-cycle recruiting that meets quality, time-to-fill and cost targets.
  • Local Market & Community Relationship Strategy (15% of time): Guide and expand the team’s local talent pipeline efforts, including community organizations, schools and workforce agencies, ensuring consistent, sustainable relationships across markets.
  • Employer Brand & Talent Marketing (8% of time): Champion Towne’s employer brand strategy, representing Towne at key community and industry events and overseeing the team’s participation in career fairs.
  • Recruitment Analytics & Reporting (7% of time): Analyze and report recruiting metrics and trends to leadership, using data to refine strategy and specialist performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance (5% of time): Partner with HR leadership, Operations and Legal to ensure compliant, consistent recruiting practices across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field required; Master’s degree or equivalent advanced coursework preferred.

Equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Required Licensure, Certification, etc.:

No specific licensure or certification is required for this role.

PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred, though not required.

Work Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 2 years in a recruiting leadership or supervisory capacity, ideally within hospitality, healthcare, commercial real estate or another multi-site service industry.

Proven track record managing a team of recruiters and building strategic relationships with senior business leaders across multiple markets.

Knowledge & Skills:

Proven leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to build, motivate and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists while acting as a trusted strategic partner to senior business leaders.

Deep expertise building and scaling local talent networks and community or industry relationships across multiple markets.

Skilled at coaching and developing recruiters, with the ability to set goals, provide feedback and manage performance.

Strong executive-level communication and influencing skills; comfortable advising senior business leaders on workforce strategy.

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting analytics tools and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and ZipRecruiter.

Experience managing recruiting budgets and vendor relationships, including agencies, job boards and sponsorships.

Working knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements, including EEO, ADA and FLSA.

SCOPE

Authority to Act:

Performs duties with little direction given, operating from established directions and instructions. Decisions are made within general Town Parke policy constraints but occasionally require independent decision making.

The employee has control over a department(s) budget.
