Drive our talent journey – and build the teams that keep our skies safe.

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you own end-to-end recruitment for our Operations and Enablement teams. You join a dynamic international team of TA Specialists, Employer Branding experts, and Social Media Specialists who bring our employer brand to life. Working closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, you craft compelling vacancy texts, source top candidates, and guide them through a transparent candidate journey. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you serve as a strategic gatekeeper for our culture while driving continuous improvement across our hiring workflows.

What you'll do

Candidate sourcing and selection: Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and draft accurate vacancy texts. Source candidates across social media, job boards, and professional networks while managing our internal referral pipeline.

Assessment and interview management: Review applications and conduct screening interviews to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit. Guide candidates through every step of our process to deliver a smooth and transparent candidate journey.

Offer management and compliance: Extend job offers aligned with our compensation frameworks and negotiate terms with confidence. Manage required background checks (VOG) and ensure full compliance with Dutch labor regulations.

Process improvement and analytics: Track recruitment metrics within our ATS and present monthly data insights. Optimise workflows continuously to increase hiring efficiency and improve the candidate experience.

Brand ambassador and side projects: Represent our culture in every candidate interaction to support our employer brand strategy. Dive into impactful recruitment and employer branding projects beyond daily candidate sourcing.

N.B. Don't worry if you don't tick every box. Our mission is a journey, and there's plenty to learn along the way. If most of this fits, we'd love to hear from you.
