  • Job Summary:
  • We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to run end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on technology hiring in a GCC / shared services environment. You will partner with hiring managers, source proactively, manage regional hiring, and use Workday to keep the process and the data clean. You should be comfortable working independently, hitting turnaround-time (TAT) targets, and giving the business clear reporting on hiring progress.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and onboarding handover.
  • Partner with business and hiring managers to understand role requirements, build hiring plans, and set realistic timelines.
  • Deliver technology hiring across roles such as software engineering, data, cloud, infrastructure, and support functions.
  • Manage regional hiring requirements across locations and keep hiring consistent across them.
  • Manages content for enterprise digital assets used for Talent Acquisition purposes.
  • Develops and manages TA program KPI dashboards to continually monitor the success and health of key programs.
  • Conducts research to build business cases for new programs and projects.
  • Understands the need for appropriate data privacy protections when working with employee data.
  • Prepare and share regular reports and trackers: open positions, pipeline status, TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, and attrition in early tenure.
  • Use Workday reports and Excel to produce dashboards and give insights to TA leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Flag risks early, such as slow pipelines, vendor gaps, or offer drop-offs, and propose fixes.
  • Experience hiring at scale, including volume and niche technical roles.
  • Experience with talent mapping, market intelligence, and compensation benchmarking.
  • Experience managing recruitment agencies and vendor SLAs.
  • Exposure to employer branding and campus or lateral hiring programs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
  • 6+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 3 years in technology hiring.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday as an ATS, including requisition management, candidate processing, and reporting.
  • Strong experience sourcing on Naukri and other channels such as LinkedIn and referrals.
  • Experience working in a GCC / shared services environment.
  • Experience managing regional hiring across multiple locations.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel for trackers, MIS, and analysis.
  • Source actively through Naukri (RMS/Resdex), LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines and a talent database for future and critical roles.
  • Manage and review agency and vendor partners on quality, TAT, and cost.
  • Manage requisitions, candidate workflow, dispositions, and offers in Workday Recruiting.
  • Keep candidate and requisition data accurate and up to date so the system stays the single source of truth.
  • Work with HRIS/HRSS and HR Ops on process improvements, configuration needs, and issue resolution.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

Criteria Requirements:

  • Ownership and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Data-driven approach to hiring
  • Speed and agility in a fast-moving environment
  • Business and technology understanding
  • Relationship building with candidates, vendors, and stakeholders
