Position: Team Leader - Operation

Location: Halol, Vadodara (Gujarat)

Qualifications: Diploma / BE Mechanical

Responsibilities:

• •Equipment Maintenance: Execute breakdown and preventive maintenance of air compressors, air dryers, HVAC systems, chillers, VRV/VRF systems, pumps, blowers, fire safety equipment, and agitators to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
• •Documentation & Compliance: Maintain ISO documentation standards, prepare comprehensive MIS reports, manage SAP transactions, handle PR-PO processes, and ensure regulatory compliance across all maintenance activities.
• •Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers, follow up on procurement activities, and ensure timely delivery of spare parts and services.
• •Team Leadership: Lead and guide mechanical fitters and HVAC technicians, conduct training sessions, delegate work assignments, and monitor team performance to achieve maintenance targets.
• •Technical Analysis: Perform root cause analysis for equipment failures, develop maintenance schedules, implement cost-effective solutions, and recommend equipment upgrades or replacements.
• •Safety & Standards: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, conduct regular equipment inspections, maintain maintenance logs, and implement best practices for equipment reliability.
• •Project Support: Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment, provide technical support for facility expansions, and participate in energy optimization initiatives.
• •Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly maintenance reports, track equipment performance metrics, maintain spare parts inventory, and present findings to management for decision-making.
