  • Investigate and troubleshoot complex application and database-related issues.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation, analysis, and issue resolution.
  • Analyse logs, backend data, and system behaviour to identify root causes.
  • Coordinate with Product, Development, QA, and DevOps teams to resolve production issues.
  • Perform backend data corrections and validate fixes as required.
  • Monitor support tickets and ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs.
  • Document investigations, root cause analysis (RCA), and troubleshooting steps.
  • Assist in validating product fixes, enhancements, and releases.

Skills required- MySQL, Automation & Management.
