Technical Lead, Learning Platforms

• This is a senior, hands-on engineering leadership role supporting a multi-tenant workforce platform that connects direct care professionals with employers across participating states.
• You will combine deep software development expertise with technical leadership to build, improve, and maintain scalable production applications.
• A major focus will be on learning management system integrations, identity and access, APIs, and reusable platform capabilities.
• You will remain close to the code while guiding developers through architecture, code reviews, technical decisions, and engineering best practices.
• The role also offers the opportunity to introduce responsible AI-assisted development into coding, testing, automation, and documentation workflows.
• You will work closely with product, program, technical, and public-sector stakeholders to translate complex needs into reliable solutions.
