Technical Lead-Power Apps and Power Automate

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Lead-Power Apps and Power Automate based in India.

• This role provides technical leadership and subject matter expertise across Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate in a customer-facing support environment.
• You will lead a technical team while remaining hands-on with complex troubleshooting, escalations, and case resolution.
• The position covers Canvas and model-driven apps, Dataverse, connectors, environments, cloud flows, desktop flows, RPA, and integrations.
• You will diagnose issues using error messages, telemetry, run histories, logs, and reproducible test scenarios rather than trial and error.
• The role combines team mentoring, quality oversight, customer communication, technical escalation management, and support process adherence.
• You will contribute reusable solutions and knowledge-base content while helping maintain response times, resolution quality, and customer satisfaction.
• This is a fully remote, full-time position requiring rotational shift flexibility and availability for business travel.
