Job Summary

The L3 Zscaler Engineer will be responsible for the administration, monitoring, troubleshooting and support Zscaler deployment including ZIA , ZPA & Branch and Cloud connector solution. The role involve handling incidents, service requests, change implementations and working closely with TAC , SOC and internal infrastructure team to ensure secure and seamless access to applications and internet services.

Key Responsibilities

• •Provide L3 support for Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)
• •Troubleshoot private and internet application access issues.
• •Investigate and resolve user-reported incidents with defined SLA/TAT
• •Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and major incidents.

Policy Administration

• •Create, modify and maintain
• •URL Filtering Policies
• •SSL inspection Policies
• •Firewall Policies
• •Data Protection Policies Cloud Application Control Policies
• •Application Segmentation Policies in ZPA

Connectivity and Integration

• •Support and Troubleshoot:
• •Branch Connector deployments
• •Cloud Connector deployments
• •PAC files and forwarding profiles
• •Traffic forwarding configurations
• •App connector deployments and health

Coordinate with network, server and application teams for connectivity issues.

Monitoring and Reporting

• •Generate operation and management reports
• •Maintain dashboard for incidents

Change and Compliance Management

• •Implement approved changes during maintenance windows.
• •Participate in CAB discussions and change review.
• •Maintain documentation, SOP’s, HLD’s and LLD’s.
• •Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Technical Skills

• •Strong Hand’s-on experience with:
• •Zscaler internet Access (ZIA)
• •Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)
• •Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC)
• •Branch and Cloud Connector

• •Strong understanding of:
• •TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS
• •Routing and Switch concepts

Mandatory Certifications

• •Zscaler Certified Support Specialist
• •Zscaler Certified Administrator (ZCCA)
