Technical Trainer

• This role is responsible for delivering technical automotive training and field support across the Canadian market.
• You’ll help customers, commercial teams, and business partners build a stronger understanding of automotive brake products, systems, and applications.
• The position combines classroom and virtual instruction with hands-on customer visits, field support, and technical troubleshooting.
• You’ll develop engaging training materials, lead regional and national sessions, and adapt technical information for diverse audiences.
• The role also serves as a key technical resource, staying current with automotive technologies, repair practices, and industry trends.
• Strong relationship-building skills will be essential when working with customers, suppliers, stores, distribution facilities, and sales teams.
