Technical Writer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Writer based in India.

This role offers the opportunity to shape how customers understand, adopt, and troubleshoot an enterprise SaaS product. You will create clear, useful documentation across knowledge bases, admin guides, how-to content, troubleshooting resources, release notes, and product experiences. Working closely with Support, Product, Design, and Engineering teams, you will turn complex product information into accessible content that helps customers solve problems independently. You will also contribute to documentation for AI-powered features, ensuring content is useful for both people and AI assistants. The role combines hands-on writing with content strategy, information architecture, editorial quality, and knowledge management. It is well suited to a technically minded writer who enjoys connecting customer needs, product capabilities, and measurable support outcomes.
