Candidates must have the following qualifications:
- Proficient in using hand tools, such as soldering irons and other related equipment used for rework
- Capable of performing extraction and installation of the following component packages (SMD, BGA, BGA type connectors)
- Can perform DUT Pad replating, Trace rework and DUT Pad replacement
- Support hardware modifications (trace re-routing, Pad extension) incompliance with IPC standards
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics
- Hands-on experience in soldering or related work
- Ability to operate BGA machine is an advantage
- Experience in programming is an advantage
- Good verbal and written communication skills
