• Summary:
• As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will oversee the execution of substantial and intricate technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations. Your day involves coordinating with various teams and sponsors to navigate project scope and risks effectively. You will focus on maintaining high standards of service quality and cost management while fostering innovation to support business growth. Leading delivery efforts, you will ensure projects are completed successfully, contributing to the overall profitability and sustained success of the organization through strategic oversight and proactive engagement.

• Roles & Responsibilities:
• - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• - Lead and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and project contributions.
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• - Continuously monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations.
• - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency and timely resolution of issues.

• Professional & Technical Skills:
• - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Argus.
• - Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks relevant to technology delivery.
• - Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies within complex project environments.
• - Ability to analyze and optimize service quality and cost efficiency in technology projects.
• - Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• - Capability to innovate and support sales initiatives through technology solutions and delivery excellence.

• Additional Information:
• - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Argus.
• - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• - A 15 years full time education is required.
