Technology Integrations Specialist – Infrastructure, Network & Telecom (MPG)

Home Office: 12871 University Dr., Suite 100, Fort Myers, FL 33907

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (OT available as needed)

Travel: Required across multiple states, 2–3 trips per month

Pay Range: $26–$30/hr + OT

About the Role

MPG is seeking a hands‑on Technology Integrations Specialist with strong network, telecom, and infrastructure experience. This role supports site deployments, carrier circuit turn‑ups, migrations, troubleshooting, and technical integrations across multiple markets. You’ll work directly with engineers, carriers, vendors, and field teams to ensure seamless connectivity and successful infrastructure implementations.

This position is ideal for an infrastructure professional who thrives in the field, enjoys solving complex technical problems, and can work independently while coordinating with senior engineering resources. ‎

Key Responsibilities

• •Support network, telecom, and infrastructure implementations across multiple sites
• •Coordinate and troubleshoot carrier circuits, ISP connectivity, and LAN/WAN issues
• •Validate IP addressing, VLANs , routing, DNS, DHCP, and firewall connectivity
• •Support switches, wireless, VoIP, SIP, and related technologies
• •Troubleshoot issues across network, telecom, carrier, and endpoint layers
• •Provide hands‑on support for Windows endpoints and Microsoft cloud services
• •Assist with Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra‑joined devices, authentication, printing, and connectivity
• •Support site openings, migrations, acquisitions, and relocations
• •Work directly with vendors, carriers, engineers, and field resources
• •Maintain technical documentation, diagrams, tickets, and implementation records
• •Serve as a technical escalation point and assist with root‑cause analysis
• •Perform endpoint configuration and user access tasks within Microsoft 365 and Azure

Required Qualifications

• •3+ years hands‑on experience in network, telecom, infrastructure, or field engineering
• •Strong understanding of TCP/IP, IPv4, VLANs, switching, DNS, DHCP, routing fundamentals
• •Experience troubleshooting LAN/WAN and internet connectivity
• •Experience with carrier circuit installations, turn‑ups, or troubleshooting
• •Working knowledge of switches, firewalls, wireless, and enterprise networking
• •Experience with RingCentral or Five9 telephony
• •Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and vendor coordination skills
• •Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with engineers, carriers, and technical teams
• •Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Entra , Azure , and Microsoft 365

Preferred Qualifications

• •Networking or collaboration experience
• •Five9, RingCentral, or similar platforms
• •Experience with Fortinet, SonicWall, Meraki, or comparable technologies
• •Experience with network monitoring tools (PRTG, SolarWinds)
• •Multi‑site or healthcare environment experience
• •Experience supporting site openings, migrations, acquisitions, or relocations

Ideal Candidate Profile

A hands‑on infrastructure professional with strong network and telecom skills who can troubleshoot independently, coordinate with vendors and carriers, and support multi‑site technical deployments.

Not a match: Candidates focused primarily on ETL , API development, data engineering, EDI, or business systems analysis without strong infrastructure experience .

Compensation Range:

$20.90 to

$31.35

The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
