Territory Sales Officer

• This role is responsible for driving sales growth and strong market execution across an assigned territory.
• You’ll manage distributor relationships, strengthen outlet coverage, and deliver primary and secondary sales targets.
• The position combines field sales, distribution management, market analysis, merchandising, and customer relationship development.
• You’ll use sales and MIS data to identify performance gaps, uncover opportunities, and improve execution across the territory.
• The role also involves coordinating promotional activities and ensuring strong availability and visibility of products in the market.
• You’ll work closely with distributors, frontline sales teams, trade partners, and branch stakeholders in a target-driven environment.
