- Partner closely with sales, marketing and medical education teams to implement customer engagement plans, educational initiatives and a scalable regional development model
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in life sciences, biomedical engineering, nursing or another healthcare-related discipline
- Experience in the medical device industry, operating room environment, clinical support role or a comparable healthcare-facing position, will be an additional advantage
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage ambiguity and drive activities from concept to execution in a developing or evolving market
- Strong analytical, communication and relationship-building skills, combined with a proactive, structured and solution-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region, with approximately 70% of working time spent in the field, and a valid Category B driving licence
- Professional level of Polish and English to communicate effectively with customers and participate in training and business discussions
