Our opening for Tool and Die Machinist will allow the employee an exciting opportunity for an experienced machinist to make, modify, repair tools, dies, molds, jigs, fixtures. The new team member will also enjoy an atmosphere that encourages growth, provides opportunities for continued learning, and promotes from within.

The most qualified candidate will be able to:

Making, modifying, and/or repairing tools, dies, molds, jigs, fixtures.

Perform preventive maintenance and die conditioning

Sharpening, repair and create close tolerance tooling to re-build a die.

Support stamping production by troubleshooting more complex dies

Support production floor

In order for the candidate to be successful they will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 years of tight tolerance tool related experience.
  • Capable of using standard tools and measurement devices (GD&T) such as micrometers, scales, rulers, depth gauges and calipers.
  • Ability to interpret safety instructions, job orders, blueprints, quality specifications, and other related documents.
  • Positive attitude, good judgment and excellent time management skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
  • Observes all safety rules.
  • Maintains a neat and well-organized work area.
