Job Description & Summary

About the role

Our Operational Transfer Pricing (OpTP) and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) team is looking to hire a talented Manager to join a market leading, multidisciplinary team specialised in supporting clients embedding efficient and sustainable Transfer Pricing and CbCR processes.

This role calls for someone with a broad set of skills and would be ideally suited to someone with prior experience examining, challenging and redesigning tax and financial processes (whether as an auditor, financial controller or in a consultative capacity). A working knowledge of CbCR and / or experience in designing and implementing transfer pricing operations is desired, but not essential.

What your days will look like:

  • Collaborate with a diverse portfolio of financial services clients to address operational transfer pricing challenges, including process improvements, governance frameworks, and financial system implementations.
  • Prepare and review Country-by-Country Reports (CbCR), ensuring compliance with OECD guidelines and local legislative requirements.
  • Contribute to company-wide transformation programmes, integrating transfer pricing into broader tax or finance workflows.
  • Support junior team members by mentoring and helping to develop their Operational TP expertise.
  • Engage in stakeholder management to build and maintain client trust and satisfaction

This role is for you if:

  • You have a good understanding of the UK legislative framework for transfer pricing, including Diverted Profits Tax (DPT), as well as a general sense of the global transfer pricing regulatory landscape
  • You have demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, deliver results, and support team members’ growth and development
  • You have practical experience in preparing and reviewing CbCR and a good understanding of the OECD CbCR guidelines
  • You have a strong knowledge of management and financial reporting systems, including interconnections with transfer pricing and tax processes
  • You have the ability to translate complex transfer pricing regulations into actionable process improvements coupled with proven experience in tax or finance process design and implementation
  • You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Professionally qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or international equivalent) would be preferred

What you’ll receive from us:

No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.

We offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; six volunteering days a year and much more.
