Traveling Concrete Laborer

We are seeking a Concrete Laborer to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our bridge construction projects.

Responsibilities

• •Assist with general construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, digging trenches, and operating hand and power tools
• •Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• •Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
• •Collaborate with site supervisors and other construction staff to ensure project success
• •Drive innovation and continuous improvement in construction practices
• •Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• •High school diploma or equivalent
• •1 to 2 years of experience in construction or related industry preferred
• •Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• •Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and working in all weather conditions
• •Basic math and measurement skills
• •Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
