• What You'll Do

As a Treatment RN, you will:

• •Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapies, biologics, and supportive infusion treatments safely and effectively
• •Perform patient assessments, review laboratory results, and evaluate treatment readiness
• •Monitor patients during infusions and respond to adverse reactions or complications
• •Educate patients and families regarding treatments, side effects, symptom management, and self-care strategies
• •Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver the highest standard of oncology care
• •Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with oncology safety standards and protocols

Qualifications

• •Current Texas RN License or Compact RN License eligible for Texas licensure
• •Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• •Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• •Experience in oncology infusion preferred
• •ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certification is a plus, not required
• •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
