As we continue to grow, we're looking for a thoughtful and curious designer who is passionate about creating intuitive experiences and solving real problems for the people who use our software.
About the Role
As our UX/UI Designer, you'll help shape and improve the user experience across the BIS Safety Software platform, working on both web and mobile products. You'll collaborate closely with product designers, product managers, developers, and QA to research problems, improve existing workflows, and design thoughtful solutions that make complex software easier to use. You'll also play an important role in building and documenting our growing design system. If you enjoy asking why, digging into problems before jumping to solutions, and turning complex workflows into simple, intuitive experiences, this role is for you.
This is an in-person role based out of our Sherwood Park, AB office.
