Role Summary:

Oversee daily operations, performance, and growth of multiple veterinary clinics within Pune, ensuring high standards of patient care, client experience, staff management, and financial performance across the area.

Key Responsibilities

Manage P&L, revenue targets, and cost control across all clinics in the area

Ensure consistent clinical protocols, hygiene standards, and compliance with veterinary regulations

Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate clinic managers and support staff. Support in recruitment of veterinary teams.

Monitor client satisfaction, resolve escalated complaints, and drive retention

Coordinate inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships across sites

Implement company-wide SOPs and roll out new services/products at clinic level

Analyze footfall, case volume, and revenue data; report insights to leadership

Identify expansion opportunities (new locations, partnerships) within the city

Ensure staff scheduling, attendance, and payroll coordination across clinics

Drive marketing/local outreach initiatives in coordination with HQ marketing team Requirements

5+ years in multi-unit retail/healthcare/veterinary operations management

Strong people management and P&L ownership experience

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Willingness to travel across clinic locations within the city

Proficiency with basic reporting tools/POS/clinic management software

Position Overview

Location: City Clinics on rotation

Reporting To: Head Clinic Operations

Work Timings: 9am - 6pm, 6 days working

Week Off: Rotational during the week
