• The Opportunity:
• CACI is seeking a highly organized, mission-focused UxS Acquisition Program Support Analyst to facilitate a staff level procurement lifecycle, technology component research, and resource tracking for an emerging Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS/UAV) portfolio. In this role, you will act as the business and procurement hub for the program. You will directly support Program Managers, Project Officers, and Resource Managers by researching commercial and military technologies, managing vendor relations, and ensuring nontraditional acquisition move efficiently from requirement to asset delivery.

• Responsibilities:
• Procurement & Acquisition Package Support:

Milestone & Workflow Tracking: Manage and coordinate program taskers, contract modifications, and staff actions, proactively monitoring suspense dates to prevent procurement delays.

Technical Package Development: Assist Program Managers and Project Officers in drafting, coordinating, and tracking comprehensive procurement packages for technical UxS hardware and software, including drafting required acquisition documentation.

Lifecycle Oversight: Maintain full visibility over requirements, schedules, and delivery milestones for critical UxS hardware, software, and payload components.

Asset Research & Vendor Engagement

Market Research & Asset Discovery: Research, identify, and assess Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) and Government Off-the-Shelf (GOTS) UAV systems, improvised technologies, and component advancements to fulfill current project needs.

Vendor Interface: Serve as a primary organizational point of contact for external vendors and industry partners regarding equipment specifications, lead times, and hardware availability.

• Supply Chain Tracking: Proactively track the logistics pipeline for specialized payload technologies, system integrations, and long-lead technical materials.
• Stakeholder Integration, Reporting & Analytics

Cross-Functional Communication: Facilitate collaboration and coordinate requirements across program management, operations, security, engineering, finance, and contracting entities.

Dashboards & Executive Reporting: Collect, validate, and analyze procurement and operational data to build recurring reports, dashboards, and trackers for senior military and civilian stakeholders.

Staff Products: Prepare high-quality staff products, including executive summaries, decision packages, information briefs, and meeting agendas for program reviews.

Qualifications:

• Required:
• •Security Clearance: Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• •Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in defense program analysis, acquisition support, government contracting, or project coordination within a DoW, Combat Commands, or IC environment.
• •Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline area.
• •Acquisition Competency: Strong familiarity with the Defense Acquisition System lifecycle, rapid prototyping pathways, and federal procurement workflows.
• •Domain Familiarity: Foundational understanding of UxS platforms, commercial technology components, or payload/weapon systems integration.
• •Analytical & Data Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications to analyze and visualize procurement metrics, tracking timelines, and program budgets.
• •Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to interface effectively with senior leadership, defense contractors, and technical project officers.

Desired:

• •Advanced Acquisition Experience: 15+ years supporting DoW/Defense Industry technical procurement, counter-UxS acquisition efforts, or rapid fielding initiatives.
• •Tool Mastery: Experience building custom and managing program dashboards, workflows, project tracking tools, and advanced data systems.
• •System Exposure: Familiarity with federal government task management systems, document staffing pipelines, or financial ERP tracking methodologies.
• •Education: Master’s degree in relevant discipline.

Pay Range :

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$78,000 - $163,800
