Work Hours for Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer

• •Full time (35-40 hours a week)
• •Monday - Thursday 9:00AM - 5:00PM
• •At times, stay later on Tuesdays for auction sale day prep
• •At times, come in early on Wednesday mornings for auction day prep
• •Friday 9:00AM - 1:00PM

Responsibilities for Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer

• •Review vehicle inspection data and photos to write detailed condition reports.
• •Identify damage, wear, or discrepancies using provided guidelines and industry standards.
• •Ensure reports meet internal quality control standards and client requirements.
• •Work with field staff and inspection teams to clarify findings when needed.
• •Submit timely, polished reports that support vehicle sales, leasing, or valuation processes.
• •Complete 20 to 30 condition reports daily
• •Work as PSI or Arbitration inspector on sale day.
• •Performs other duties as necessary.

Requirements

Requirements for Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer

• •Ability to work outside during all weather conditions.
• •Ability to bend, reach, stand, walk and lift up-to 20 lbs. without difficulty.
• •Regular and consistent availability and attendance.
• •Must be at least 21 years of age.
• •High school diploma or equivalent.
• •Must possess a valid driver’s license, for duration of employment.
• •Need to pass pre-employment screening.
