Vendor Relations Manager - Healthcare

Position Purpose: With the Corporate Operations team, you will manage third party program relationships with Delegation partners for performance management standards, financial responsibility, and proactively implements appropriate business solutions as required. Duties will include Vendor Relationship Management, Contract Oversight, Performance Management, Risk and Compliance reviews, Strategic Vendor Management and Governance and Process.

Key Details: This is a fully remote role. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Sponsorship and future sponsorship are not available for this opportunity, including employment-based visa types H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, or CPT.

• •Provide direct Account Management responsibilities including scheduling regular meetings with delegated entities, agenda management, documentation and minutes.
• •Provide and share monthly SLA performance dashboards or reporting with Delegated entity and address any issues in performance of assigned SLAs.
• •Maintains regular communications with leads at Delegated CM entity and works internally to communicate plan needs to Delegated CM entities.
• •Directs, monitors and/or contributes to special projects and other planning initiatives that are highly complex and involve oversight of the Delegated Care Management entities.
• •Ensures that payments are accurate and timely for care management services rendered.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Public Administration or related field or equivalent experience.

5+ years of experience supporting working with Primary Care Providers, Account Management experience working in healthcare or related field, able to present to executive-level teams at the delegated entities

Pay Range: $87,700.00 - $157,800.00 per year
