VP Product & Product Operations

Envoy Global is looking for a VP, Product & Product Operations t o own the strategy, delivery, and operating discipline behind our immigration case management platform. This is a hybrid role: part platform product leader partnering with architecture and engineering on what we build, buy, or integrate, and part product operations owner — building the processes, rituals, and metrics that let the product organization ship predictably and scale.

As our VP, Product & Product Operations, you will be required to:

Platform Product Management

Own the product strategy and roadmap for Envoy Global's core platform — the shared services, data models, and workflow engine that power our immigration case management products.

Partner closely with architects and engineering leaders to define the platform's technical direction, prioritize what gets built into the platform versus left to individual product lines, and keep the roadmap aligned to long-term scalability.

Lead structured build-vs-buy evaluations for platform capabilities and third-party integrations — balancing cost, speed to market, compliance requirements, and long-term maintainability.

Establish and run platform governance forums (architecture review boards, platform councils) to prioritize competing demands from product, engineering, and customer-facing teams, and define platform health metrics (reliability, extensibility, reuse, technical debt).

Champion API-first and reusable-component thinking so new products and features can be assembled quickly on top of a stable platform foundation.

Product Operations

Own end-to-end responsibility for product operations: design, implement, and run the processes that govern how the product organization plans, prioritizes, ships, and measures impact.

Build and maintain the product planning cadence — roadmap reviews, quarterly planning, OKR setting, and release management — across all product lines.

Design and administer the tooling, workflows, and documentation standards (roadmapping, backlog, PRD/RFC templates, release notes) that keep product teams consistent and efficient.

Define and track the product organization's operating metrics — velocity, cycle time, roadmap predictability, adoption, and customer-facing NPS/CSAT — and report progress to executive stakeholders.

Run governance and business reviews (Product Council, launch readiness reviews, post-launch retrospectives) to drive alignment, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Lead process re-engineering to remove friction between product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams, and own onboarding/enablement so new product managers ramp quickly against a consistent operating model.

Product Strategy & Cross-Functional Leadership

Translate complex immigration case management, compliance, and customer requirements into outcomes-focused product strategy and prioritized roadmaps.

Lead discovery and market research — customer interviews, competitive analysis, and pain-point mapping — to inform platform and product investment decisions.

Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of product managers and product operations staff operating in a matrixed organization alongside engineering, design, and analytics.

Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Legal Operations on go-to-market, pricing/packaging, and client delivery, and deliver executive-level product demos and roadmap reviews to leadership and key clients.

To apply for this role, you should possess the following skills, experience and qualifications:

12+ years in product management, including several years in a senior/VP-level leadership role, ideally spanning both platform product management and product operations.

Track record owning a platform or shared-services product line and making build-vs-buy and prioritization calls in close partnership with architecture and engineering leadership.

Demonstrated success designing and running product operations frameworks (planning cadences, governance forums, operating metrics) inside a matrixed organization.

Experience in SaaS platforms serving regulated or compliance-sensitive domains (legal tech, immigration, HR tech, GRC, fintech, or similar) is a strong plus.

Strong analytical skills — comfortable defining success metrics, analyzing performance data, and using data to drive roadmap trade-offs.

Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills; proven ability to build consensus across product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience a plus.

Annual Salary Range: $225,000-$250,000
