Warehouse Associate – 3PL

• Location: Kansas City, KS
• Compensation: $18.50/hour
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 am until tasks are complete

Role Summary

As a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO) , you’ll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment—keeping our supply chain running strong. This active, high-energy role is perfect for someone who values accuracy, teamwork, and personal growth. Whether you’re pulling parts manually or operating warehouse equipment , you will be part of a team where your work makes a real impact and produces results. Multiple shifts, competitive pay , and incredible incentives await!

Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our distribution center:

• •Product Handling: Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
• •Inbound Processing: Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• •Loading & Unloading: Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
• •Equipment Operation: Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
• •Inventory Accuracy: Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step
• •Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success
• •Clean & Safe Workplace: Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
• •Flexibility : Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs

Do you have what it takes to succeed at KAO?

• •Are you 18 years of age or older?
• •Can you lift products that weigh up to 75 lbs. consistently?
• •Are you comfortable working on your feet all day—standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders?
• •Are you able to work at heights up to 30 feet without issue?
• •Can you pay strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment?
• •Can we depend on you to show up on time and have a strong work ethic?
• •Are you willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)?
• •Do you have forklift operator experience? (Preferred, but not required)
