Warehouse Associate – 3PL Mid-Shift

• Hourly Pay: $19.00/hour
• Shift Premium: Additional $2.00/hour for hours worked after 5:00 p.m.
• Retention Bonus: $1,000 paid in two installments after 6 and 12 months of continuous, active full-time employment
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 12:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with potential overtime and rotating Saturday coverage

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate – 3PL Mid-Shift for our Brownstown, MI distribution center. This active role is ideal for someone who values accuracy, teamwork, safety, and consistent results in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily 3PL distribution operations by preparing orders, processing inbound inventory, loading and unloading trucks, and moving products safely and accurately throughout the facility.

What You’ll Do

• •Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
• •Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• •Stack, wrap, load, and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• •Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment; training provided as needed
• •Verify parts and quantities to support inventory accuracy
• •Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to keep work moving efficiently
• •Maintain a clean, safe work area and perform other warehouse tasks based on daily needs

What We’re Looking For

• •At least 18 years of age
• •Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• •Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment
• •Ability to remain active throughout the shift and perform physical warehouse work
• •Forklift or other powered industrial truck experience preferred, but not required
• •Availability for overtime and rotating Saturday coverage as business needs require

Work Environment

• •Frequent standing, walking, bending, and ladder use throughout the shift
• •Ability to consistently lift products weighing up to 75 pounds
• •Ability to work safely at heights up to 30 feet
• •Non-climate-controlled warehouse environment with temperatures that vary by season
