Position Overview:

The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse and production operations while gaining hands-on experience across multiple areas of the facility. The role includes material handling, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, inventory, and production support, with training provided in painting, powder coating, and other warehouse and manufacturing processes.

Job Duties:

· Pick, stage, check, and prepare products and materials for production or shipment.

· Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the facility.

· Receive incoming materials and verify shipments for accuracy and product condition.

· Stock materials and maintain organized product and inventory locations.

· Support shipping and receiving activities, including order processing and documentation.

· Use company computer systems and software to support inventory, order, and shipping processes.

· Assist with physical inventory and cycle counts.

· Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material-handling equipment following training and certification.

· Support painting and powder coating operations, including material preparation and related production processes.

· Assist in other warehouse and manufacturing areas based on production needs.

· Inspect materials and finished products for accuracy and quality.

· Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.

· Follow company safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements

· High school diploma or GED preferred.

· Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or material-handling experience preferred.

· Basic math and computer skills.

· Strong attention to detail and quality.

· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

· Ability to safely operate warehouse and material-handling equipment following training and certification.

· Ability to safely lift and move up to 75 pounds .

· Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull throughout the workday.

· Ability to work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.
