Warehouse Inventory Coordinator

Anticipated hourly range: $19.00 per hour - $21.85 per hour based on experience

The hourly range listed is an estimate. Pay at Cardinal Health is determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographical location, relevant education, experience and skills and an evaluation of internal pay equit y.

Shift for this position is: 5:00am-1:30pm - or until completion (Monday-Friday). Must be flexible to work overtime based on business needs. The need to work Saturdays may also be required.

What Inventory Management contributes to Cardinal Health

Inventory Management is accountable for the design and execution of demand planning and customer forecasting systems, supply planning, product deployment and expediting processes, and the development and implementation of a stocking optimization model to minimize costs and inventory while delivering on service requirements.

Responsibilities:

• •Conducting cycle counts
• •Checking inventory throughout the warehouse
• •Running reports
• •Checking stock
• •Investigating out of balance inventory issues
• •Driving material handling equipment as required by job duty. Example equipment in the facility includes: order picker (cherry picker), forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, and walkie rider

Qualifications:

• •Good written communication skills
• •1-2 years experience preferred
• •Ability to operated warehouse PIT equipment preferred
• •Proficient in Microsoft office preferred
• •Previous Inventory experience desired
• •Excellent problem solving skills
• •Comfortable with extensive computer use
• •Ability to operate quickly and accurately in a distribution environment
