The Role: Warehouse Sales Associate
In this role, you’ll be an essential part of our team, managing warehouse operations and providing excellent customer service.
What You’ll Do:
- -Receive, process, and organize deliveries with precision.
- - Load/unload trucks and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- - Keep the warehouse clean, efficient, and fully operational.
- - Build strong relationships with customers, problem-solve, and assist in sales when needed.
- - Occasionally help at the Counter Sales Area with customer transactions and inquiries.
Requirements
What You Bring to the Team:
- - 2+ years of warehouse experience – You know your way around a warehouse and can keep things running smoothly.
- - Customer service skills – You’re comfortable talking to customers and making sure they get the best service.
- - Physical stamina – Ability to lift 70+ lbs repeatedly throughout the workday.
- - Tech-savvy – Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- - Problem solver – You can think on your feet and adapt to changing situations.
