Warranty Administrator

Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Automotive Deealership Warranty Clerk. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the automotive industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing warranty claims, communicating with customers, and working closely with the service department.

Responsibilities:

- Process warranty claims and ensure all necessary documentation is complete

- Communicate with customers regarding warranty claims and provide updates on the status of their repairs

- Work closely with the service department to ensure all repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner

- Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims and repairs

- Assist with administrative duties as needed

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
