ผู้จัดการความสัมพันธ์ลูกค้า WB (WB Relationship Manager) มีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการสร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่แข็งแกร่งกับลูกค้าธุรกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดใหญ่ของธนาคาร เพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายทางธุรกิจที่ตั้งไว้

ความรับผิดชอบ

• * บริหารจัดการและขยายพอร์ตโฟลิโอของลูกค้าธุรกิจในกลุ่ม WB (Wholesale Banking)
• * ระบุโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ๆ และนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินที่เหมาะสมกับความต้องการของลูกค้า
• * สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับผู้บริหารระดับสูงของลูกค้า เพื่อความเข้าใจในธุรกิจและเป้าหมายของลูกค้าอย่างลึกซึ้ง
• * วิเคราะห์ความต้องการทางการเงินของลูกค้า และนำเสนอโซลูชั่นทางการเงินที่ครบวงจร เช่น สินเชื่อ การค้าต่างประเทศ การบริหารเงินสด และผลิตภัณฑ์อื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• * ทำงานร่วมกับทีมงานภายในอื่นๆ เช่น ทีมผลิตภัณฑ์ ทีมวิเคราะห์เครดิต เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าลูกค้าได้รับบริการที่มีคุณภาพและตรงตามความต้องการ
• * ติดตามและประเมินผลการดำเนินงานของพอร์ตโฟลิโอ เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายทางธุรกิจและผลกำไรที่ตั้งไว้
• * ดำเนินการตามนโยบายและขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานของธนาคาร รวมถึงกฎระเบียบข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้อง

คุณสมบัติ

• * ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การเงิน การธนาคาร หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• * มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี ในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการความสัมพันธ์ลูกค้า หรือบทบาทที่เกี่ยวข้องในธุรกิจธนาคาร โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในกลุ่มลูกค้าธุรกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดใหญ่
• * มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินสำหรับธุรกิจเป็นอย่างดี
• * มีทักษะการนำเสนอและการสื่อสารที่ดีเยี่ยม ทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ
• * มีทักษะการสร้างความสัมพันธ์และการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี
• * มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์และแก้ปัญหา
• * มีความมุ่งมั่นในการบรรลุเป้าหมายและสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
• * มีความรับผิดชอบสูงและมีจริยธรรมในการทำงาน
